Delivery and Returns

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email followed by an email when your item is shipped. This will contain your tracking number and an estimated delivery time. Keep hold of this until your package has been delivery as if there are any problems with your package not arriving or arriving damaged we will require this to solve it with the courier.

Once you place your order, it takes 1-2 business days for our lovely packers to process and send it after processing time.

As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track its progress.

All of our items are shipped by tracked delivery with full coverage. We have a flat rate shipping of £7.99 to ensure your items are in the safest of hands until they reach your door.

However, we offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £80.

When purchasing a preorder you are securing your product selection in your desired print and size prior to main release. Upon order there will be a designated time line of when your products will be expected to be created by followed by the standard fulfilment and delivery times. Once the order has been crafted you will receive an email stating that your order has been fulfilled and posted out for delivery.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to change delivery addresses.

When ordering from the sale these items have a dispatch time of 3/4 days due to high demand of sales and all of our products are made to order. Please bear with us as we prepare your order and you will receive a delivery email once sent with tracking details.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with return tags and security tag intact. You’ll also need confirmation number in order to process your return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@toughcherry.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 26 Hollingsworth Lane, Epworth, Doncaster, DN9 1EX. 

If your return is accepted, please safely and securely package the item being returned in its original packaging and post to the address listed above. Additional instructions will be provided as to what to contain in the parcel including a returns slip which will be emailed to the email used to purchase the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If product is not received or arrives damaged this is at the fault of the sender to fix with the courier and not of error with Tough Cherry. Return shipping cost is covered by the customer sending the item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@toughcherry.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We are sorry if there is an item missing from your order. Before contacting our Support team, we recommend checking the following;

  • Check your shipping confirmation email to see if your order is being shipped in separate parcels. This can happen due to stock availability, meaning sometimes one item may be shipped before another to avoid you waiting if one of the items is still be carefully crafted. If this does happen, you may receive another email containing further information about when to expect your other package, and the remainder of the items in your order will arrive shortly afterwards.
  • The item(s) missing may have been out of stock - it’s worth checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we've sent you an email about this.

In the unlikely event you're missing an item, your order is damaged, or you've receive a wrong item/order, please contact us with the following information and we'll get it sorted;

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you didn't receive
  • A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)

FYI; All claims for orders arriving with missing/wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
